Ways to Lighten Your Load and Relax

1. Breathe 2. Yoga 3. Let someone else do the dishes, laundry, (insert chore here) 4. Write a letter. 5. Make a To Do List (Checking things off as they are completed is surprisingly satisfying). 6. Read a book. 7.  Take a bubble bath. 8. Go for a walk. 9. Jam out to your favorite music. 10. Write down the things you love about yourself. Remember, when your load is heavy, take a step back and evaluate your priorities. Take life moment by moment and remember to BREATHE. A few minutes devoted to yourself can make all the difference in your perspective. You are important. Take that break. Do the thing that makes you happy. Relax. Then, enjoy your day.
